3. Account & Registration

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering on Soldbaji. Opening an account with false details is a violation of our terms and may result in account termination.

• Each user may only create one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is your responsibility. You are fully liable for any consequences of sharing them with others.
• If you detect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your photo National ID card or passport.
• All payments must be made using the mobile number provided at registration. No other number will be accepted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes, though verification may extend this to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Funds will only be sent to the registered mobile number on your account.
